World Youth Open - Volunteers
Event Information
The event will take place February 18th to February 22nd, 2025, in Calgary, Canada. This will be the inaugural World Youth Open and will feature divisions for ages 9 to 17. the World Youth Open will create an international youth and junior high-performance international meet that will lay the foundations for an eventual World Youth Championships.
The host city is the largest in the Province of Alberta, and is well-known as a key centre for energy. It lies at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, a short drive from the resort towns of Banff and Kananaskis, and is the traditional homelands of the the Niitsitapi, îyârhe Nakoda, the Tsuutʼina people.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteers are needed for the following functions:
– assist visitors and participants in finding their way through the venue
– helping with registration
– assisting with lunches (food will be catered but some assistance is required)
– occasional errands for supplies
– helping officials with some in-game support
Volunteers will be given lunch each day, and can provide support for any period of time they are available. The day begins at 8 am and ends at 7 pm.
