ELEV8 Lacrosse Winter Training is a focused, four-month program, providing the highest level of indoor lacrosse instruction and dry-land training in North America.  The goal of the program is to maximize skill development, character development, and establish goal setting practices to best prepare male and female lacrosse players to make the jump to the next level; ultimately becoming better athletes, competitors, and citizens.

Calgary Skip Squad Recreational Skipping Lessons

Learn to Skip with Calgary Skip Squad! The Calgary Skip Squad recreational skipping program is a non-competitive jump rope program for children 6 yrs. It is a fun class that gives kids the opportunities to learn jump rope skills with single ropes as well as double dutch. The program is designed to help children develop a foundation for all physical fitness activities by improving balance, coordination, and flexibility all in a fun, non-competitive environment.

Featuring 19 sports, over 150 events and a major arts and cultural festival, the 2019 Canada Winter Games will welcome up to 3,600 athletes, managers and coaches and more than 20,000 visitors.

The 2019 Games will be the largest event ever hosted in Red Deer and central Alberta and one of the largest events to be hosted in Alberta in over three decades, since the 1988 Calgary Olympics.

The 5th Annual Inspire Canada Museum Gala

The Inspire Canada Museum Gala raises funds for our Education initiatives. We deliver engaging programs for students to experience Canada's rich sporting history in our galleries and with our Virtual Visits. The museum includes dozens of hands-on interactive activities (from wheelchair racing to sports broadcasting), a theatre screening our inspiring “Canada’s Greatest Sport Moments” and sharing other films and speakers, and a green screen studio to create live interactions with schools across Canada.
